Casamigos Blanco, orange liquor, fresh lime juice and sugarcane nectar.
APPETIZER:
AGUACHILE
Poached Mexican white shrimp, marinated with zesty Serrano chiles, cilantro, fresh lime, onions and cucumbers. Served with two tostaditas and garnished with fresh cilantro

Salad greens with mangos, grapes, oranges and avocado. Served with mango chipotle dressing.

Two stuffed red bell peppers, one with sautéed shrimp, Serrano chiles, and salsa verde and another with grilled chicken, chiles and Diablo salsa. Both topped with jack cheese then baked. Served with Mexican rice, refried beans and your choice of flour or corn tortillas.
TEQUILA LIME SALMON
Premium wild Pacific Salmon, pan seared and baked, then served with Chef Ignacios tequila lime sauce with achiote seasoned vegetables and chipotle mashed potatoes garnished with sour cream.

Grilled tender carne asada topped with grilled onion and roasted mild green chile, accompanied by a spinach and vegetable enchilada covered in salsa verde, Mexican rice, refried beans, homemade flour tortillas and guacamole.
